Job SummaryWe are seeking a PLM Manager to lead end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations and system modernization initiatives. This role focuses on managing project execution, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of PLM solutions within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and business analysis experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle PLM implementation projects, ensuring milestones are metCollaborate with system integrators and internal teams to align project goalsDevelop and maintain project plans and schedules using tools such as SmartsheetFacilitate stakeholder meetings and drive alignment across departmentsIdentify risks, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolutionOversee testing activities to validate system functionality and performancePartner with change management teams to drive adoption and minimize disruptionProvide regular status updates and reports to leadershipEnsure project deliverables are completed within scope, budget, and timelinesRequired QualificationsExtensive experience managing PLM implementationsStrong background in business analysis and requirements gatheringProven experience replacing legacy systemsStrong risk management and issue resolution skillsExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to lead complex projects in multi-stakeholder environmentsProficiency with project management tools such as SmartsheetPreferred QualificationsExperience with phased rollout strategiesFamiliarity with change management processesExperience working in enterprise environments with cross-functional teamsStrong leadership and decision-making capabilities
