We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team and assist in handling a litigation and domestic relations caseload.This position offers substantial courtroom experience, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in domestic relations matters, including divorce, dissolution, custody, visitation, child support, and post-decree proceedings.Handle civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.Attend court hearings, status conferences, mediations, depositions, and trials.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and third parties.Manage case files and maintain accurate records.Develop case strategies and assist in achieving favorable outcomes for clients.Maintain compliance with all ethical and professional obligations.QualificationsRequired:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active license and good standing with the Ohio Supreme Court.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.Professional demeanor and commitment to client service.Preferred:Experience in domestic relations and/or civil litigation.Courtroom experience, including hearings and motion practice.Familiarity with Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure and local court practices.What We OfferSalary of $80,000 per year.Direct courtroom and litigation experience.Meaningful client interaction and responsibility.Mentorship from experienced attorneys.Professional and collegial work environment.Opportunity for professional growth and advancement.How to ApplyQualified candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and references (optional).
