Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal position based in Shreveport, LA. The role involves assisting attorneys by preparing legal documents, reviewing case materials, conducting legal research, and managing pleadings and motions. The individual will play a critical role in supporting the litigation team to ensure that cases progress efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing legal documents and drafting pleadingsStrong skills in document review and managing legal case filesExperience in conducting comprehensive legal researchKnowledge of filing motions and facilitating case-related court processesAttention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely mannerStrong organizational and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in legal studies, paralegal certification, or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with litigation procedures and local court systems is preferred
