Alarm Technician (LEA) - (DOE)

Responsibilities: - To have a valid LEA license and maintain - Install and configure alarm systems according to manufacture specs and industry standards - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on alarm systems - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with alarm systems - Provide technical support to customers over the phone or in person - Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner - Able to document all work performed and maintain accurate records - Able to provide quotes to customers in a timely manner - Keep consistent communication via email with office personnel and management - Physical demands: - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds - Ability to climb ladders and work at heights - Ability to work in confined spaces - Ability to work in various weather conditions Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
