Title: Corporate Trust – Client Service AnalystLocation: New York, NYDuration: 6-Month ContractPay Rate: Between $30/hr to $32.00/hr W2(W2)Job Summary:We are seeking a Client Service Analyst to support Corporate Trust operations by managing and strengthening client relationships. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and account-related requestsSupport onboarding and ongoing interactions with new and existing clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and growthCoordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficientlyEnsure all activities align with internal policies and external regulatory frameworksAssist with operational processes and client service improvementsQualifications:1–3 years of experience in client service, financial services, or banking environmentStrong communication and relationship management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingDetail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracyBachelor's degree preferredNice to Have:Experience in Corporate Trust or financial services operationsFamiliarity with regulatory or compliance-driven environments
