Position Description : Are you passionate about contributing to high-profile projects and supporting critical operations? Serco-NA has an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Support role on our program, which provides management direction to Naval Shipyards (NSYs) and Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs) while serving as the Headquarters for Depot Level Maintenance. Use your organizational and collaborative skills to make a meaningful impact on our military defense and the safety of our sailors. This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain / maintain a Secret level DoD Security Clearance. This position is also contingent upon an award of contract. In this role, you will provide administrative support in various capacities, including but not limited to: Office Management: Organize and manage office operations and procedures, including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and data entry to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports to support business processes and project objectives. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items to ensure effective communication and follow-up. Travel and Expense Management: Arrange travel logistics and process travel expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Communication Support: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including handling inquiries, directing calls, and distributing correspondence. Project Assistance: Provide administrative support to various projects, including maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and assisting with project-related tasks as needed. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, in compliance with company policies and government regulations. Supplies Management: Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary materials and placing orders as needed. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will have: High School Dipolma/GED is required with a minimum of two years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a government or defense-related environment. Must be eligible/able to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance post-employment. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Travel may be required up to 10% Additional Desired Experience and Skills: Associates Degree or higher in related field. Current active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance Experience in supporting Navy or DoD-related programs. Familiarity with government contracting processes. Knowledge of document management systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Active NMCI account and CAC (Common Access Card) are a plus. **Serco Inc. is using this posting for the purpose of responding to a proposal.
