Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in the Greater Jodhpur Area. The Administrative Assistant will manage a range of administrative and clerical tasks including organizing and maintaining records, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and supporting executives with daily administrative duties. The role also involves handling phone calls, ensuring efficient communication, and providing excellent support for organizational operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing records, organizing schedules, and supporting daily office operationsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries and correspondence effectivelyExperience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and professional correspondenceAttention to detail, organizational aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in using office equipment and basic computer applicationsA high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
