Administrative AssistantWe are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at handling multiple administrative tasks with professionalism and accuracy. This role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills to assist with scheduling, document management, and general office coordination.Responsibilities:Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparationAnswer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and handle correspondenceSchedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with travel arrangementsMaintain office supplies inventory and ensure organized workspacesSupport internal teams with reports, presentations, and other documentation as neededAssist with onboarding and record-keeping for new employeesEnsure confidentiality and accuracy in all office and personnel recordsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1-3 years of administrative or clerical experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional demeanor with attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBilingual in Spanish and English is a plusWant to be considered for this opening immediately?
