The Extraction Technician1 is responsible for safely achieving production demands and quality requirements within a defined time-frame, from preparation to filling, while remaining compliant with hygiene, HACCP and work safety guideline.Your ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated ability to accurately take and document Extractions equipment readingsUnderstanding of proper storage containers and ability to accurately pull and store productPerform proper mixing and sampling procedures of Extraction production productsAbility to Operate Vacuum pumpBasic understanding of Process Instructions(PI) for Extractions Department Equipment. Proven ability to remain organized and on track while running multiple Extraction Operations.
