Come and join them in accelerating the energy and infrastructure transition.About the role:We are seeking an experienced Controls / Security / Network / Compute Lead to oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of critical technology systems for large-scale data center construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring all low-voltage and intelligent systems are properly designed, integrated, and commissioned to meet performance, security, and operational requirements.Responsibilities:Lead the planning, design coordination, and execution of:Building Management Systems (BMS) / ControlsPhysical Security Systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection)Network infrastructure (structured cabling, fiber, switching)Compute environments and white space readinessServe as the primary point of contact for all technology systems during design and construction phasesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including design engineers, general contractors, vendors, and client stakeholdersReview and validate design documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure alignment with project and operational requirementsManage vendors and subcontractors responsible for controls, security, and IT infrastructure installationsOversee installation quality, integration, and system interoperability across all platformsDrive commissioning activities, including testing, validation, and turnover documentationIdentify and mitigate risks related to system integration, schedule, and performanceEnsure compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and client specificationsSupport project schedules, budgets, and reporting for all scoped systemsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)7+ years of experience in data center construction, critical infrastructure, or mission-critical environmentsRequired Skills:Strong experience with:BMS / EPMS / controls systemsPhysical security systems (Lenel, Genetec, etc.)Structured cabling and network infrastructureData center IT/compute environmentsProven experience managing vendors and coordinating across multiple disciplinesFamiliarity with commissioning processes and system integration in mission-critical environmentsStrong understanding of data center design standards and best practicesLocation: Ohio.Base Pay: Required by law in most states.Equal Opportunity Statement:The client is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
