Maintenance Supervisor

Job DescriptionA growing and well-established food manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its production facility near Jackson, Mississippi. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, driving equipment reliability, and supporting continuous production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This position requires flexibility to work either day shift or night shift, depending on operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in a high-volume manufacturing environmentOversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programsEnsure equipment uptime, reliability, and safe operation of production machineryCoordinate maintenance activities with production leadership to minimize downtimeTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsSupport continuous improvement and reliability initiatives across the facilityEnsure compliance with safety, food safety, and company maintenance standardsQualificationsManufacturing maintenance experience requiredFood or meat processing experience strongly preferredPrior leadership or supervisory experience in maintenanceStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with industrial production equipment and maintenance programsAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced production environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $80,000 - $90,000Competitive benefits packageOpportunity to join a stable, growing manufacturing organizationThis is a confidential search, and company details will be shared with qualified candidates during the interview process.
