We focus on providing the highest quality commercial litigation services and corporate advisory services.Role Description:Jaffe & Aher LLP is looking for a couple of associates for its White Plains, NY, office. The attorneys will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance, specializing in commercial insurance coverage litigation, attending court proceedings, conducting discovery, including depositions, preparing motion papers, conducting in-depth research, and participating in negotiations. The individual will work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to address legal challenges and ensure the organization's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Qualifications:· We are looking for attorneys with 2-7 years litigation experience· Proficiency in offering legal advice and conducting detailed research· Strong negotiation skills to manage discussions and agreements effectively· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written communication abilities· Licensed to practice law in the State of New York, with admissions to SDNY and EDNY a plus· Experience in insurance coverage matters a plus
