Job TitleWarehouse Loader - (2nd Shift)FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)Pay Range: $22.00-$24.00 Department: WarehouseReports To: Night Warehouse ManagerA 2nd Shift Warehouse Loader is responsible for loading trucks with the pallets in the correct sequence. Making sure the pallets are loaded in the correct temp zone as well as making sure they are fully secure with a strap. Essential Functions Load pallets on the correct trailersLoad pallets in the correct sequenceSee that all pallets are secure using straps Help maintain a clear and safe dockPre-set trailers for loading with both cooler/freezer product Minimum QualificationsPrior warehouse experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailSelf-driven, team-oriented with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to receive constructive feedbackAbility to work in a dynamic environment and exercise prompt decision-making and have problem solving.Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
