Warehouse OperatorUrban Chestnut Brewing Co.Reports to: Warehouse Manager/Director of Operations/Head BrewerDepartment: Brewery OperationsPosition OverviewThe Warehouse Coordinator supports day-to-day warehouse operations by assisting with inventory control, material movement, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse organization. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, helping ensure materials and finished goods are available, accurate, and ready to support brewing, packaging, and distribution needs.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsReceive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and finished goodsPick, stage, and prepare materials and product for packaging, production, and shipmentMaintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse areasAssist with proper inventory rotation (FIFO) Inventory & DocumentationAssist with inventory tracking, data entry, and reconciliationParticipate in cycle counts and physical inventoriesReport inventory discrepancies or damage to the Warehouse ManagerHelp maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation Shipping & Receiving SupportPrepare shipments and assist with loading and unloading trucksCoordinate paperwork for inbound and outbound shipmentsCommunicate shipping or receiving issues to the Warehouse Manager Safety & EquipmentOperate forklifts and material-handling equipment safelyFollow warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelinesReport safety concerns, equipment issues, or maintenance needs Team SupportWork closely with warehouse, packaging, and production teamsSupport special projects, reorganization efforts, and process improvements as assigned QualificationsRequired1-3 years warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experienceAbility to operate forklifts or willingness to be certifiedStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPreferredBrewery, beverage, or food manufacturing experienceExperience with inventory or ERP systems Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperature environments.Work ScheduleFull-time position.
