Summary: As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly by providing top-notch IT support and solutions. You will be responsible for owning of the end-to-end delivery of a vast amount of integration and implementation technology capabilities concurrently to streamline corporate work streams in the organization. This is a hands-on role, where you will own the IT portfolio and projects from ideation through operationalization across our administrative teams, engage with multiple internal customers and their teams and working to prioritize across stakeholders. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Corporate IT and Security. Duties & Responsibilities: 3+ years' experience leading the technology portfolio and individual integration delivery projects by building effective plans and executing them to solution operationalization. Experience handling and prioritizing pipelines with ~10-20 cross-customer projects while working cross functionally and communicating project/portfolio status and timelines. Working knowledge of project & program management and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts for a variety of audiences. Ability to coach technical resources in project management best practices, drafting complete and detailed requirements, dependency management, artifact delivery, risk mitigation, and escalations. Working knowledge of PM and technology working platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Smart-sheet and others. Managing project risk and delivery by balancing the Iron Triangle and relaying this to management through standard metrics and measures such as Earned-Value-Analysis, Schedule-Variance, and Cost-Variance. Utilizing Lean/Six-Sigma & Continuous Improvement practices during execution and post-project auditing to identify opportunities to improve delivery, quality and future project scoping. Good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Required Skills and Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3+ years Project Management and/or consulting experience. Project Management experience with ERP (NetSuite) and HRIS (UKG) preferred. Experience managing resources, timeline, scope, and customer expectations. Technical or application development experience a plus. Technical skills, including work with Microsoft Office applications, ISV desktop applications, TCP/IP networking, and hands-on management. Proficient with portfolio and project metric development and reporting. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead remote and virtual teams. effectively while ensuring messages are conveyed both politely and professionally.
