Senior Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel, remote from the Pacific Time Zone. Key Responsibilities: Support the go-to-market team by reviewing and negotiating customer contracts for the Americas and APAC Lead complex cross-border transactions with sophisticated counterparties across multiple jurisdictions Monitor and advise on relevant regulatory, compliance, and legal developments Required Qualifications: Strong academic credentials and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably with training at a top-rated national or international law firm Proven experience drafting, negotiating, and closing complex commercial software and SaaS agreements Strong understanding of commercial legal issues related to SaaS and software licensing Experience supporting a high-growth infrastructure SaaS company is a plus
