Commercial Paralegal

A company is looking for a Commercial Paralegal (Remote). Key Responsibilities Support the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and maintenance Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate efficient contract workflows and resolve issues Assist with legal research, special projects, and compliance support as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field; Paralegal certificate preferred 4-6+ years of experience in commercial contracting in-house or at a law firm Demonstrated ability to manage the full contract lifecycle independently Proficiency with contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office/Teams Working knowledge of commercial legal concepts and experience with healthcare-related arrangements is a plus
