Production Manager – Repairs, Windows & Doors

JOB OVERVIEW: Supervises and coordinates the activities of repair, windows, and doors project managers and assists them in overseeing project crews. Ensures projects are scheduled, assigned appropriate site leaders and crews, and completed in a timely and high-quality fashion. Coordinates with homeowners, crew members, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:LeadershipCoordinates project managers, crew members, and materials to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary guidelines.Manages and tracks project budgets, including material costs, labor expenses, and other project-related expenditures.Oversees the preparation of project schedules, allocates resources, and tracks project progress using project management software and tools.Sets expectations for project instructions and commitments to customers.Manages internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.Sources and negotiates contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to project specifications.Manages ensuring the resolve of worksite problems or scheduling issues. \Quality ControlManages suppliers to ensure materials are delivered to project sites and deliveries are sent out.Ensures Project Managers have the necessary crew, equipment, and materials for project work and to meet project deadlines.Establishes and adjusts work sequences to meet project schedule, using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned project managers and crew members.Communicates with customers to ensure satisfaction with ongoing and previous projects.Collaborates with the sales team to review project requirements, evaluate feasibility, and provide accurate cost estimates and proposals to clients.Customer RelationshipsSet high expectations for Project Managers to create positive rapport with homeowners throughout the project and ensures crew members inspire confidence and trust.Assists Project Managers in responding to and resolving customer concerns.Serve as the escalation point-of-contact for customers and assist in keeping them informed of work progress.REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably roofing.1-2 years of leadership and project management experience preferred.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).Ability to handle financial transactions and maintain detailed payment tracking.
