Agentic AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy next‑generation AI solutions leveraging Generative AI and autonomous agent frameworks. This role focuses on developing scalable, production‑grade AI systems using foundation models and large language models (LLMs) to solve complex business problems across structured and unstructured data. Location Phoenix, AZ Duration 11 months Key Responsibilities Design and implement agentic AI systems, including prompt engineering, tool orchestration, RAG pipelines, and reasoning workflows Build end‑to‑end AI pipelines (data ingestion, embeddings, model APIs, orchestration, and enterprise integrations) Collaborate with AI Tech Leads and product teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI use cases with controlled deployment strategies Implement observability, evaluation metrics, guardrails, and performance tuning for AI systems Ensure enterprise readiness through documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational support Required Skills Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic frameworks Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face) Hands‑on experience with NLP and at least one domain (image, video, or voice processing) Experience with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and model evaluation techniques Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer) Strong data skills using Pandas, NumPy, Scikit‑learn, etc. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Experience 5+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, or related roles Proven track record delivering AI solutions from prototype to production Experience working in enterprise‑scale, distributed environments Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
