SOC Analysts - Bilingual English - Japanese

Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced SOC Analysts to support Tier 1 and Tier 2 cybersecurity operations within a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC). This role involves monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security events while collaborating with global teams. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Japanese and possess strong cultural fluency. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor, triage, and escalate security alerts in accordance with established protocols. Execute incident response playbooks and document security incidents accurately. Analyze security events and support incident response activities across multiple environments. Collaborate with global GSOC teams and follow established operating procedures. Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on emerging threats, tools, and best practices. Required QualificationsMinimum of 8 years of experience in information security, including hands-on experience in a SOC environment. Proficiency in both English and Japanese, with strong cultural fluency. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident handling skills. Ability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate with global teams. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred QualificationsExperience working in financial services or regulated environments. Familiarity with Business Operations Transfer (BOT) models.
