Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager with approximately three years of hands-on experience supporting hardware product initiatives, construction-related projects, and/or data-focused projects. This role is ideal for someone who can manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, track risks and dependencies, and drive work from planning through execution with strong attention to scope, schedule, budget, documentation, and stakeholder communication.The successful candidate will be comfortable working in environments where business executives, technical execution teams, and third-party vendors must stay aligned to meet tight timelines. They should bring structure to ambiguity, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and help ensure project outcomes are delivered on time, within agreed expectations, and with measurable business value.Required QualificationsApproximately three years of project management, project coordination, implementation, operations, construction, hardware product, or data project experience.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders in a deadline-driven environment.Experience building or maintaining project schedules, action item logs, risk/issue trackers, and project status reports.Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex project information for both technical and non-technical audiences.Working knowledge of project management practices such as scope management, schedule tracking, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and hold contributors accountable without direct authority.Comfortable using multiple tools Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence or similar collaboration platforms.Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting hardware product development, product deployment, equipment installation, manufacturing coordination, testing, or field implementation.Experience with construction projects, facilities improvements, site coordination, permitting, vendor management, subcontractor communication, or project closeout documentation.Experience supporting data projects, reporting initiatives, data migration efforts, analytics implementations, dashboard delivery, or system/process improvement projects.Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery methods, or structured implementation frameworks.Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Planner, or similar platforms.CAPM, PMP coursework, Scrum certification, construction management training, or related professional development is a plus but not required.Success MeasuresProject plans are current, accurate, and used by the team to manage execution.Stakeholders have clear visibility into project status, risks, decisions, and next steps.Risks and issues are identified early and escalated with recommended actions.Project deliverables are completed according to agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.Teams understand ownership, deadlines, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.Project closeout includes documented lessons learned, handoff materials, and unresolved follow-up items.
