BusserA Restaurant Busser will work in one of our Food & Beverage venues. They will clear, clean, and reset tables in preparation for serving guests while taking food to guests in a timely manner.Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure tables are clean and set ready for guestsFill water glasses immediately after guests are seatedClear all dishes, glassware, paper goods, and table linens at proper times as guests complete their meals or depart their tablesPlace all items into the bussing cart, on busing trays, or into tubsReset tables with napkins, silverware, water glasses, and dishes as directedEmpty bussing carts, trays, or tubs in the kitchen areasMake sure all glassware and silverware are clean and polishedStock various clean dishes, glassware, and condiments at the server's stationEnsure that there is enough freshly brewed coffeeEmpty kitchen garbage receptacles and take bags to the dumpsterExpedite food to guests in a timely mannerQualifications:Be able to stand for prolonged periodsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hearMust safely move objects up to approximately 50 pounds about the workplaceAvailable to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as scheduledEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
