If you are passionate about early childhood education and enjoy building a strong, fun-loving team that is committed to shaping young lives, this is an opportunity to lead with real impact.About Us We are Kiddie Academy (KAGS Group),a group of locally owned educational childcare centers in the Greater Seattle area located at Bellevue, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Mill Creek, and Seattle.Our academies are known for delivering high-quality care through our Life Essentials® and Character Essentials® curriculum, supported by strong leadership and engaged teams.Position Overview:As Center Director, you will oversee the full operations of the academy, including: Leading and developing your team of educators Managing enrollment, staffing, and scheduling Ensuring compliance with WA licensing (WAC) Building strong relationships with families Driving a positive, high-quality center culture Implementing our Life Essentials® curriculum with excellencePosition Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as aCenter Directorin a licensedchildcare or preschool setting. Strong understanding of WA licensing requirements (WAC) Proven leadership and team development skills Organized, action-oriented,strategic thinker,and f ocused on getting the right things done Strong verbal and written communication skills.Why join us?
