DIRECTOR of QUALITY - Aircraft CFR Part 121 / 135

Join this well-established and reputable Aircraft MRO Services organization seeking a DIRECTOR of QUALITY to manage CFR Part 121 / 135 initiatives across multiple sites in the Gulf Coast region.We need an experienced leader that is forward-thinking and has the proven leadership to manage all Corporate Quality efforts, ensuring airworthiness and flight safety management systems (SMS) meet FAA standards.Reporting directly to the VP, you will identify & communicate initiatives to the Executive team, interact with customers and manage a small but solid quality team.Collaborate with Senior leadership & all personnel, take a proactive approach to identify and minimize risks throughout the organization for multiple sites.You will be responsible for SAFETY & QUALITY management requirements , regulatory & compliance requirements, and audits.Define root cause analysis and corrective actions, improve organizational efficiencies and continuous improvement efforts.REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of experience with FAA QUALITY requirements for 14 CFR Part 121 / 135 / 145 - flight services and/or MRO services.AS 9110 / AS 9100 / ISO 9001 standardsProven leadership mentoring team members & developing safety and quality directives.Bachelor's degreeUS Citizen / Perm ResidentOFFERING : Attractive base salary + Bonus + Relocation to packageLOCATION : Gulf Coast region – TX / LA / MS
