Bilingual Craft Recruiter

We are looking for a bilingual recruiting specialist to support hiring for skilled craft talent in Houston, Texas. This Long-term Contract position focuses on delivering full-cycle recruitment for high-volume field roles while building strong relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and community partners. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of trades hiring, communicates effectively in English and Spanish, and uses data and recruiting systems to keep hiring efforts organized and efficient.Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end hiring activities for a large volume of craft and skilled trades positions across multiple project locations.• Develop reliable candidate pipelines through outreach efforts, employee referrals, online sourcing channels, and partnerships within local workforce communities.• Conduct interviews and pre-screening conversations in both English and Spanish, and support candidates through hiring and onboarding steps.• Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors to align recruiting plans with staffing priorities, project schedules, and labor demands.• Maintain accurate records of recruiting progress, applicant movement, and hiring results within SuccessFactors.• Organize and participate in hiring events, job fairs, and community-based initiatives aimed at attracting experienced skilled labor.• Uphold hiring practices that meet employment regulations, company policies, and job site safety expectations.• Use recruiting data and performance trends to strengthen hiring speed, improve candidate quality, and support workforce planning decisions.• 2–5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting construction, skilled trades, or other high-volume hiring environments.• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly with candidates and stakeholders in each language.• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking or human capital management systems; SuccessFactors experience is strongly preferred.• Working knowledge of commercial construction positions and familiarity with job site operations.• Ability to travel locally for site visits, hiring events, and outreach activities.• Strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced recruiting environment.• Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting practices, including candidate generation, interview coordination, and hiring process management.TalentMatch®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
