We’re looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our team in a contract hybrid role with strong earning potential.Role DescriptionThis is a contract hybrid role based in Miami, FL, with flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. As a Talent Manager at SHA Studio, you will oversee client and talent relationships, manage contracts and negotiations, and coordinate bookings and scheduling. You’ll also identify new growth opportunities, provide career guidance, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Qualifications • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and manage professional relationships effectively • Experience in contract negotiation, talent acquisition, and career development strategies • Organizational, scheduling, and project coordination abilities • Proficiency in business development, marketing strategies, and industry trends • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Comfortable in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred but not required • Prior experience managing talent in a creative, influencer, or entertainment industry is a strong plus
