We are a self-owned, self-managed, mid-sized property management company in Coral Gables seeking a Digital Media Analyst to join our Corporate Marketing Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who is passionate about data, digital marketing, and real estate. You'll work closely with Marketing Strategy and Social Media to help analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and drive smarter marketing decisions across our communities. THIS IS A FULLY ONSITE ROLE IN CORAL GABLES.Responsibilities:• Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives across search, email, and social platforms to increase engagement and support business goals.• Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools, interpret key metrics, and recommend adjustments that improve reach, conversions, and return on investment.• Create persuasive ad and promotional content tailored to target audiences while maintaining brand consistency across channels.• Oversee paid search efforts using Google Ads and related advertising tools, including budget tracking, optimization, and audience targeting.• Coordinate email marketing activities, from campaign setup through reporting, to strengthen customer communication and nurture prospects.• Support the company's social media presence by planning content, scheduling posts, and evaluating engagement trends.Interested and qualified candidate should apply and reach out to Stefanie Furniss 786-897-7903Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, media, or a related fieldHands-on experience or coursework using Google AnalyticsWorking knowledge of SEO concepts and local/geo-marketing strategiesComfortable reviewing and interpreting marketing traffic and performance dataStrong attention to detail and analytical thinking skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesBONUS AND PREFERENCE FOR CANDIDATES WITH:Experience in the real estate or multifamily industryFamiliarity with tools such as RentCafe, SOCi, or similar marketing/CRM platformsBilingual in English and SpanishInterested and qualified candidate should apply and reach out to Stefanie Furniss 786-897-7903
