We are looking for a thought leader to lead innovative solution strategies and technology investments.Additional Job Details:We are looking for an experienced Software AG WebMethods Support Engineer who would be handling overall support of the entire multi-environmental WebMethods IS infrastructure, along with API Gateway.The required experience should include:- Hands-on experience on administrative and production support tasks such installing SAG webMethods software, installing patches, migration, upgrades, Load balancing, Clustering & fail over support, configuring server settings like setting ports, administering users & groups, server security, performance tuning and solving production issues;- Good communication skills interacting with the business and other IT departments; - troubleshooting and deep dive root cause analysis and report on support issues regarding application, environment;- Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills.ESB WebMethods IS Infrastructure Support Engineer:- Maintain all WebMethods IS servers & environments- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to WebMethods infrastructure.- Build new IS servers when needed.- Consult and coordinate activities with other units- Understand required configurations.- Promote WebMethods packages to the various environments.- Implement releases, upgrades, and/or changes into the environment.- Monitor, manage, and tune platforms for availability and performance.- Provide on-call 24x7 support, as needed. - Provide technical support, as needed, to the enterprise and in house projects.- Coordination with the developers, SAG Vendor, and other internal units.- Provide technical support, as needed, to the enterprise and in house projects.- Maintain infrastructure related documents.- May perform other ESB operational and support duties as assigned.Required Knowledge:- WebMethods v9.x, 10.x- Oracle- Linux- Various monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace)- 5+ years of related experiencePreferred additional knowledge:- CA Technologies API Gateway (aka Layer 7)- SAG Terracotta Big MemoryKey Requirements:Not a developer roleResponsibilities include:Software Ag Web Methods + Administrator + deploymentWebMethods IS serversSAG Terracotta Big MemoryIn charge of packages runningMonitoring toolsTop Skills:Web methods support Engineer3- 4 years of experience neededAg Web MethodsWebMethods IS serversExperience in Job scheduling
