Senior Marketing Specialist

Purpose and Scope The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, support commercial objectives, and engage key audiences across the medical device and health technology sectors. This role combines digital marketing expertise, content development, campaign execution, collateral production, and cross-functional partnership to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing output aligned to company and product positioning. Primary Organization Responsibilities  Digital Marketing & Content CreationDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support lead-generation initiatives.Create compelling digital content, including social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, and digital assets.Build, monitor, and optimize editorial calendars supporting product launches, events, and ongoing campaigns.Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and targeted messaging.Develop and deploy e-blast campaigns using internal and external databases to maximize reach among priority customer segments.Track, analyze, and report digital performance metrics to inform ongoing optimization and ROI analysis.Support video creation and deployment on digital channels.Marketing & Sales Collateral DevelopmentDesign and develop marketing and sales materials—including brochures, guides, presentations, and media kit—ensuring alignment to brand and product messaging.Collaborate with external designers, agencies, or creative partners to produce high-quality materials.Navigate and manage the legal and regulatory review process, ensuring that all materials meet medical device industry compliance requirements.Support field efforts related to customer/hospital marketing of NeuroBlate.Asset Governance & MaintenanceRegularly audit printed and digital literature, field tools, and customer-facing assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.Manage updates, version control, and distribution of marketing and sales materials across internal platforms.Conference & Event MarketingDevelop marketing communications, booth materials, collateral, and promotional content for trade shows, clinical conferences, and industry society events.Work closely with event planning teams to support pre-, during-, and post-event marketing activities.Website ManagementMaintain, update, and enhance company website content and structure.Develop new web pages or digital experiences to support campaigns, product launches, and educational initiatives.Partner with web developers or agencies as needed to implement design or functional updates. Qualifications and ExperienceAbility to create compelling marketing campaigns and messaging that align with product positioning, strategic priorities, and company brand standards.Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical or technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messaging.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and creative problem solving.Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across cross-functional teams, including product management, clinical, regulatory, legal, and sales.  Education/Experience 5–7 years of marketing experience in the medical device or health technology industry strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree required (B.A., B.S., or equivalent), preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
