Key skills and competencies include a strong understanding of affordable housing programs and compliance, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven approach. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
