This high-impact, revenue-generating role demands a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including gateway integrations, underwriting, sponsor bank relationships, and partner economics. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach to contract to activation, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the partnerships. A hands-on leadership approach is essential, involving the management of sales teams, clear communication of expectations, and active participation in deal closure. Applicants for the Head of ISV Partnerships and ISO Development role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of sales experience, or a HS/GED with a minimum of 10 years. A background in FinTech, SaaS, or Payments is a must, with a proven track record in end-to-end channel relationship management. The role requires strong technical knowledge of gateway integrations, BIN sponsorship, and ISV revenue share structures, as well as familiarity with industry players. The ideal candidate will have existing industry relationships and experience in selling to ISO, ISV, or Agent partners.
