Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams across diverse healthcare settings, including acute, long-term, behavioral health, ICU, emergency, and geriatrics units.Supervise nursing staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care while maintaining compliance with standards and regulations.Coordinate staffing, assign duties, and monitor performance to optimize patient-to-nurse ratios.Oversee clinical procedures, conduct patient assessments, and ensure accurate documentation using EMR systems like Epic or Cerner.Manage discharge planning, case management, and quality improvement initiatives.Provide staff training and mentorship in specialized areas such as dementia, behavioral health, pediatrics, and trauma.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support infection control, and assist in hospital operations.Requirements include 4+ years hospital experience, management preferred, RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and a BSN preferred.Compensation ranges from $45-$50/hour with benefits including 401(k), insurance options, paid time off, and more.
