This is a secure, high-acuity Adult Forensics/Intensive psychiatric unit. Candidates must be confident managing complex behavioral health patients in a structured and safety-focused environment.The Adult Intensive Unit (AIU) is a 14-bed secure unit providing advanced psychiatric inpatient care for Vermont's highest-needs adult patients.
