Psychiatry - Geriatrics Physician

Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team in Lakewood, WA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment with a full on-site support staff. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychiatric care, including individual and group psychotherapy, diagnostic assessments, and clinical consultations.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and assessmentsProvide individual and group psychotherapy to a diverse client populationCollaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement individualized care plansComplete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standardsOffer clinical supervision and guidance to support staff and trainees as neededParticipate in virtual interviews and team meetingsTypes of Cases:You will work with a broad spectrum of mental health conditions, including but not limited to:Mood disorders (e.g., depression, bipolar disorder)Anxiety disordersPTSD and trauma-related conditionsPsychotic disordersPersonality disordersCo-occurring substance use disorders
