Coverage Needed: Oct 25-30, 2023 Clinical Information: 24 hr coverage - covering NICU EMR: Meditech Call coverage level II NICU Daily rounds in NICU Support RNs and PCT and surgical techs Required: IN license Board certified DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active Current Flu Vaccine Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19 Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
