Job Description Gillmann Services, Inc is now hiring a Utility Pipe Foreman in Columbus, OH . $40-45/hr, paid weekly!Monday-Friday , some weekends *Must have 3 years construction/site work experience Excavating Foreman Qualifications:* Leadership experience, required. * Ability to read and understand blue prints, required. * 30 hour OSHA Certificate in Construction, required but can obtain once hired. * Trenching Safety Knowledge, required. * Basic computer knowledge, including email and iPad, required. * HeavyJob software experience, preferred. * High School Diploma, preferred.Excavating Foreman Duties:* Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. * Call-in inspections through the correct departments for your job location. * Read/ understand civil plans and cut sheets. * Coordinate job-site materials and trucking as needed. * Provide quality leadership and equal opportunities for crew members to learn + further develop skills. * Enforce job-site safety. * Consult w/ Superintendents regarding crew members when necessary. * Report all OSHA/ Company Violations to Superintendents immediately.Qualified Candidates please apply today!
