As they continue to expand their Columbus operations, they are building out their team to support a growing pipeline of commercial projects.They are known for delivering high-quality work, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing a stable environment for long-term career development.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for:Reviewing and understanding project plans, specifications, and scopes of workSupporting subcontractor prequalification and participating in bid processesAssisting with subcontractor scope development and buyout activitiesManaging project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and drawingsMaintaining project information and documentation within ProcoreCreating and tracking procurement logs and material timelinesCoordinating permits and ensuring compliance across all tradesLeading or supporting project meetings, including agendas and documentationAssisting in the development and maintenance of project schedulesImplementing Lean construction practices including look-ahead planningManaging project closeout, including collection and submission of final documentationSupporting cost control efforts and reporting project financialsCoordinating with internal teams and field staff to ensure project alignmentMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
