This role provides hands-on experience in site selection by assisting with venue research, supporting the review of venue contracts and client addendums for accuracy, and helping to develop and submit RFPs (Request for Proposals) through platforms such as Cvent. This position is designed to provide exposure to venue sourcing operations, systems, and client service within a fast-paced, global brand experience agency.Your ContributionsSupport the team in researching and identifying venues for meetings and eventsAssist in reviewing venue contracts and client addendums for accuracyHelp prepare and submit RFPs (Request for Proposals) using platforms such as CventTrack and organize venue responses, availability, and pricing detailsAssist in compiling cost comparisons and tracking potential savings for clientsContribute ideas and assist with creative solutions during the sourcing processHelp consolidate information for client reports and presentationsMaintain and update venue information in Cvent and internal databasesSupport coordination of site visits, including logistics and materials preparationAttend industry events when appropriate for learning and exposureHelp build and maintain a database of venues, hotels, and destinationsWhat We Are Looking ForProficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPointStrong oral and written communication skillsCreative problem solver, resourceful, and a team playerAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workloads and maintain attention to detailsUnited States Residents: The base pay for this position is $20.00-$25.00/hour.FIRST is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
