This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.Scottsdale, AZPay Estimated: $20.55-$25.55/HourResponsibilities:Inspect mechanical and electronic parts/materials to verify compliance with applicable specifications and standardsEvaluate defects in real-time and determine appropriate dispositionPrepare and maintain quality assurance documentation, inspection records, and nonconformance reportsVerify implementation of corrective actions and monitor associated rework or repair activitiesCollaborate with internal teams, engineering, and manufacturing to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvementQualifications:U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal LawEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering preferredExperience: Minimum 2 years of directly related experience in inspection or quality assuranceCertifications: J-STD-001/002, IPC-A-610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750, and X-ray inspection certifications may be requiredTechnical Skills:Knowledge of material requirements, fabrication techniques, and manufacturability standardsExperience using CAD tools (e.g., Pro-E/Creo, SolidWorks)Familiarity with ASME Y14.5M, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)Understanding of basic mechanical stress, thermal, and tolerance analysisWork Location Requirements: [Indicate on-site or travel requirements, if any]Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled EmployerWhat to ExpectApplicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications.Accepted applicants will be eligible for benefits, including medical and supplemental insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
