Copier, Printer Service Technician - Trainee Level

You’ll travel to client sites to ensure their office technology is running smoothly.Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and software issues on multi-function printers (MFPs) and copiers.Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine "check-ups" to prevent equipment downtime.Customer Support: Clearly explain technical issues to non-technical clients with a friendly, professional demeanor.Installation: Set up and configure new equipment on client networks.Inventory Management: Keep your toolkit and vehicle stock organized and ready for the day.Who You Are (Requirements)We hire for character and train for skill. To be successful, you must bring:Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy taking things apart to see how they work.
