About RoxonROXON is an innovation-driven outdoor and EDC tools brand focused on modular multi-tools and product systems. We sell primarily through Shopify DTC, Amazon, and creator-driven channels, and we are actively building a high-performance e-commerce growth team.This is not a typical "marketing intern" role.You will work directly with the founder and participate in real revenue-driving projects involving:ShopifyCRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)UX/UILanding PagesEmail & SMSProduct LaunchesGrowth TestingIf you want real ownership, fast learning, and hands-on experience in a fast-growing DTC brand, this role is for you.What you'll work on CRO & Shopify OptimizationHelp improve conversion rates across the Shopify websiteBuild and optimize landing pages using tools like PageFlyImprove product page structure, CTA placement, and mobile UXAssist with A/B testing and conversion experimentsGrowth & Revenue ProjectsSupport campaigns focused on increasing:conversion raterevenue per visitoraverage order valuerepeat purchase rateAnalyze customer behavior and identify growth opportunitiesEmail & SMS MarketingAssist with Klaviyo email and SMS flowsHelp build:welcome flowsabandoned cart flowspost-purchase flowspromotional campaignsParticipate in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketingProduct Lauch & Creative SupportAssist with launch pages for new productsCoordinate with design and content teamsHelp organize website assets and campaign materialsWhat We're Looking ForPreferred SkillsInterest in e-commerce, CRO, UX, or ShopifyStrong attention to detailAnalytical thinking and willingness to learnComfortable using:ShopifyCanva / FigmaGoogle SheetsGA4 (a plus)Klaviyo (a plus)PageFly or similar tools (a plus)Pay Range: $18.00 per hour
