We're seeking a Front Desk / Database Manager who thrives in a dynamic setting and is passionate about real estate, organization, and agent success.Position OverviewThe Front Desk / Database Manager is the face of our office and a key player in supporting daily operations, training new agents, and maintaining our world class property database. This individual will play a critical role in both administrative support and technical onboarding, ensuring our agents and systems are set up for success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support day-to-day front desk and landlord call center operationsAnswer incoming calls and provide exceptional client serviceUpdate and maintain accurate property owner and listing dataCoordinate and conduct training for new agents on internal database systems and protocolsPerform follow-up and warm calling with existing landlords to foster relationships and generate leadsCollaborate with office managers to improve and optimize listing processes and accuracyResearch and implement innovative technologies to boost landlord engagementSupport upper management with special projects and initiatives as needed QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in a real estate, administrative, or database-related roleActive MA Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (Required)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExceptional phone and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency with real estate databases and CRM systems preferredSales or customer service background is a plusTech-savvy with a passion for learning new platforms and tools
