With a focus on measurable results and long-term client relationships, we're growing fast, and we promote from within.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role based for a Sales Appointment Setter with a defined path to transition into a Closer position. We're looking for a natural conversationalist, someone smooth on the phone, sharp in conversation, and genuinely curious about people, who is hungry to be mentored and grow into a sales career. You'll be working warm, inbound leads generated by our paid ad campaigns, not cold calling purchased lists. Primary responsibilities include calling inbound leads within minutes of opt-in, qualifying prospects, booking them onto sales calls, and managing inbound DM conversations across Facebook and Instagram to convert conversations into booked appointments. All activity is tracked in our CRM (GoHighLevel). You will be trained and mentored one-on-one by the founder, this is an mentorship, not just a job. If you want to be taught, coached, and developed into a full-time closer, this is built for you.
