Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative located in Richardson, TX, with opportunities for partial remote work. Responsibilities include managing inside sales activities, generating qualified leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting business development efforts. Daily tasks involve contacting prospects, identifying customer needs, and scheduling executive-level appointments with potential clients. Additionally, the representative is expected to collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to achieve and exceed company objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation processesStrong skills in Communication and relationship buildingExperience in Sales and Business Development practicesSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to handle hybrid work responsibilities effectivelyExperience with CRM tools and sales tracking systemsProven ability to work collaboratively with teams and external stakeholdersAdaptability to changing sales strategies and prioritiesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
