What does a Field Service Technician II do?As a Field Service Technician II, you will be a key member of our Field Service team, responsible for the proper setup and maintenance of beverage equipment at various client locations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our clients' beverage dispensing systems while providing exceptional service. As a Field Technician II, your work will focus on fountain installation, including placing equipment, running lines, completing repairs, and ensuring proper function for all installed equipment. This position offers excellent opportunities for skill development and career growth.Job Details:Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm Mon - FriPay: $26.80/HRJob Level: 2Responsibilities:Provide professional and courteous service while on-site, addressing client questions and concernsTravel to and from customer locations in assigned areaInstall, assemble, and configure beverage fountains and related equipment according to manufacturer specifications and client requirementsConduct routine maintenance on fountain equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performanceEnsure that all plumbing, electrical, and mechanical connections are properly installed and functioning correctlyPerform system testing and quality checks to verify that the fountain is dispensing beverages accurately and efficientlyDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with fountain equipment and componentsPerform necessary repairs, part replacements, and adjustments to resolve equipment malfunctions promptlyPerforms other duties as assigned.Requirements:High School Diploma (or GED) High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid driver's licenseDriving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirementsLift up 50lbs repetitively and occasionally up to 80lbsAbility to operate and/or use a variety of hand and power toolsPrevious experience in beverage equipment repair, maintenance, or a related field is highly desirableKnowledge of electrical systemsAbility to run plumbing and electrical lines to the equipmentMechanical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipmentAbility to work effectively in a team and follow established proceduresWilling to follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe work environment
