Senior Infrastructure Project ManagerLocation: South Florida, NJ, ManhattanDuration: Contract to hireRate: DOEJob Responsibilities:Manage project timelines and cross-project dependencies to ensure acceptable delivery by the Client and all stakeholdersMonitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays aligned with all Client specificationsGenerate, validate, and distribute timely status reports, time usage reports, and expense reportsDeliver and Execute a Deadline driven PlanManage Assets Data and Customer Conversion Projects ensuring assets interdependencies and Integrated within the ProjectImplement an MBM Conversion RunbookMay indirectly manage cross-LoB Project team consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs and Technology ResourcesManage, and escalate as needed, risks and issues throughout the programCreate and implement a change management planManage day-to-day client interaction, sets and manages client expectations, develops lasting relationships with Client, their personnel and other program stakeholdersMay manage several projects at any given timeManage hardware, software and staff augmentation vendors and associated SOWsManage Clarity project administrationSkills and Experience Required:10+ years of previous program leadership and/or relevant consulting experienceStrong infrastructure backgroundKnowledge of and demonstrated experience in program management framework, knowledge groups & life cycleMinimum 5 years' experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teamsProficient with Project Management toolsExcellent executive-level communication skills (verbal, written)Ensure that the project is delivered on time, meets business and technical requirements and is within the agreed budget. Projects may be internally resourced and via third partiesExpertise in the areas of program and project integration, resource forecasting, budgeting, project and program reporting, prioritization, tool selection, application and integration, variance analysis and communicationDesired Skills:PMP certificationExperience with Architecture, Data, Corporate, Commercial, Retail, Shared Services domains
