This is a 100% in-office role— no remote or hybrid
Office hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and enhance modules within PCT Flex, our full-stack manufacturing cloud platform
Write clean, maintainable, object-oriented code in your strongest language
(JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar)
Collaborate with a global engineering and domain team to solve real manufacturing problems
Debug, troubleshoot, and ownthe software you build end-to-end
Continuously improve your technical skills and contribute to engineering standards and best practicesMust-Have Skills
Strong fundamentals in programming, object-oriented design, and problem-solving
Deep proficiency in at least one programming language
(the language matters less than your ability to think and execute)
High level of grit, focus, and personal accountability
Willingness to learn, adapt, and push yourself technicallyNice to Have
Full-stack development experience with any modern technology stack
Exposure to manufacturing, ERP, MES, or industrial systems (not required, but a plus)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred), Associates need relevant experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
