Position: Cost AccountantCompensation: $75,000 - $99,000 annually, depending on experienceLocation: Appleton, WisconsinInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Cost Accountant to join their team!Join an innovative manufacturing company with a rich history dating back to 1849. As a Cost Accountant, you'll play a key role in implementing cost accounting procedures, preparing analysis reports, and guiding cost analysis processes. This position is open due to the need for expertise in cost accounting in a vibrant, high-revenue site with a strong culture. Be part of a team that produces state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, and Medical industries.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Implement cost accounting procedures and methodsPrepare and analyze cost reportsAudit inventory processes and provide trainingProvide margin analysis reports for facility staffGuide cost analysis by establishing policies and proceduresAnalyze and interpret data for comparative analysesPrepare special reports by collecting and summarizing trendsRequired Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting3+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturingStrong analytical ability and communication skillsAdvanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AccessProficient MRP/ERP system skillsNice to Have Skills & Experience: Leadership skills in people management and meeting facilitationNegotiation and conflict management skillsExperience in troubleshooting and problem-solvingExcellent written and verbal skillsAbility to multitask efficiently in a changing environmentPerks & Benefits: This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.If you are interested in learning more about the Cost Accountant opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
