We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support local civil construction projects and assist with job accounting, payroll, and invoicing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, works proactively, and has a strong sense of office flow. The position supports project cost setup, invoicing, and financial tracking using systems such as CMIC, UKG, B2W, and Microsoft Office, while partnering closely with project and accounting teams. Success in the first 6-12 months looks like providing balance to the team, contributing ideas to streamline processes, and being a dependable, collaborative team member as the company continues to grow. The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,120.00 - $62,273.33 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. What You BringAssociate degree required; an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience will be considered Foundational knowledge of construction project accounting, including accounts payable, customer billings, and payroll timesheet. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with experience working in PDF tools such as Adobe or Bluebeam Ability to manage details accurately while supporting invoicing, documentation, and financial processes Valid driver's license, with the ability to meet company Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) requirements if driving is needed for business purposes Nice to HaveOne or more years of related construction project accounting experience Exposure to job cost tracking, financial reporting, or payroll processes within a construction environment Comfort working with multiple systems and learning new tools to support project and accounting workflows Unsolicited Correspondence The Boldt Group and its subsidiaries engage recruiting agencies exclusively through our Enterprise Support Talent Acquisition team and only when a valid, Boldt approved agreement is in place.
