The position involves heavy law and motion practice, requiring excellent research and writing skills. Duties include drafting and responding to discovery, law and motion, taking and defending depositions, performing legal research, and managing all other litigation case management duties. The qualified candidate must be highly organized, possess attention to detail, write well, advocate aggressively, and have a sincere interest in litigation.
